PIGraphics accepts all major credit cards through PayPal or you can use a gift certificate. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we will refund your purchase (minus the shipping amount) within the first 30 days from the date of your order. Product must be in new condition. This means not all wrinkled, worn, washed or full of dog hair, people!

You don't need a PayPal account to complete your order. All that's required is a credit or debit card recognized by PayPal. You don't need to open an account if you don't have (or want) one. Just look for the area on the bottom left of the screen that indicates you don't have one and will be purchasing with a credit card.
How long should I expect to wait for my order if I live outside of the U.S? Back to top
The majority of International orders tend to take longer to reach their destination, so plan on waiting a while. We send USPS Priority Mail but once it’s out of the country it’s up to your postal service.
How do I check the status of my order? Back to top
You must have created an account in order to view the status of any order you have made. If you have, click "View Account" located at the top of the page and it will direct you to your order(s).
Is there any way you can send my order quicker than a week or two? Back to top
Sometimes orders may be completed sooner than the regular processing time, but most are not. In addition, expedited shipping is not currently available.
You guys had a shirt on the site that I really liked and I want to purchase one, however it no longer appears there. Can I make a special order or something? Back to top
If you remember the design and it is no longer on the site for some reason, we may be able to recreate one for you. This may not be the case for all shirts.
Why do we ask where you found us, why you ordered the shirts you did, etc. on the order page? Back to top
We want to see how our advertising is working and where you found us! We also want to know what prompted you to choose the shirts you did because it will help us know why certain shirts are preferred than others.
Can I create a custom order? I want to use a different shipping method, see if I can receive special discounts for bulk orders, and more.
We will work with you as much as possible to fulfill your needs! If you need a special shipping method or have questions about your order, please fill out our special order request form and we will see what we can do to help!
How long will it take for me to receive my order? Back to top
It takes a week to create the shirt plus shipping time. However, in some cases it can take 2-3 weeks depending on varying circumstances. Also, we don't offer expedited shipping.
What are your shipping and handling rates? Back to top
When completing an order you will have to fill out a billing address sheet. Once you complete this step the shipping rate will be calculated with your total.

You idiots sent me the wrong shirt! What am I supposed to do? Back to top
Email us at sales@pigraphics.net with your order number and the mistake that we made and we will make sure we get you the shirt you ordered. As a bonus, you get to keep the mistaken item.
What is your return policy? Back to top
We guarantee your satisfaction or you can claim a refund for the shirt(s) you purchased (excluding shipping and handling fees) as long as they are unworn and unwashed and as we said before, not full of dog (or any other kind) hair within the 30 day return period. You will have to pay for shipping/handling on all returns. A restocking fee of $4.00 will be deducted from your refund.
